A credit is a unit of Sage's work. Heavier work, such as deep reasoning, long research or video, uses more credits than a short draft. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, and billing settings show what you have used.
On Starter, Sage stops taking on new work until your next monthly cycle. You can add a credit pack or upgrade at any time to keep going.
On Growth and Agency, Sage can keep working past the allowance, with overage billed up to a cap. You can also set your own spend limits for the organization, a workspace, a person or a single run.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or annually as you choose, at the then-current price plus any applicable tax, until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime from billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Yours. You connect your own channel accounts, and Sage publishes only through the accounts you authorize. You stay responsible for following each platform's rules.
Not unless you say so. By default, everything Sage would publish or send waits in your approval queue. You choose, per channel, whether Sage asks first or publishes on its own.
